I guess the iPad provides a realistic reading interface, whereas the iPhone/mobile is limited to quick reviews of text. I have read substantial copy on the iPhone but it is a bit of a chore, I also find that I reserve long email responses for when I'm at a keyboard.. short-from responses are fine.

It's interesting to think that the iPad is fully rejecting Flash (I initially thought it would come later). But I guess from an interoperability point of view it just makes sense… code once for all browsers. The web is almost regressing (in a good way) to the standards and rules of the early days… a good thing I think.

Wow, thanks Ben. I only have to see a few more things like that and I'll be buying an iPad and paying for magazine subscriptions again - two things I wasn't thinking about doing.

iPads sure are more interesting than I first thought. This article really changed my perspective:
